This change is needed to keep the data in Pipedrive consistent. The limit will be <b>500 options</b> per custom field.</p>\n\n<p>When the amount of options per custom field is reached, an error message will be displayed in the API response. \n  The error message will be as follows: </p>\n\n\n<p><code>\"You reached the limit of 500 options per field.
