Removal of the <code>is_admin</code> response field from Users API

      <p>Since October 7, 2022, we have been rolling out permanent data deletion for core entities that have been marked as deleted for more than 30 days.
      The effective date has been prolonged to January 30, 2023, as we are gradually rolling out this update to all affected entities, brought out below.</p>
      
      <p><b>What is changing?</b></p> 
      <p>All 6 core entities - <b>activities, deals, files, persons, products, and organizations</b> - that are deleted via API will be permanently deleted from Pipedrive's system after 30 days.</p>
      
      <p>After an entity has been permanently deleted, it won’t be possible to retrieve it via any API request.</p>
      
      <p>The roll-out for the permanent deletion will start with Activities API and Deals API from October 7, 2022. It will be gradually applied to Files API, Persons API, Products API, and Organizations API endpoints by the end of January 2023.</p>
      
      <p>To prepare our API for the change, we have deprecated and will soon stop supporting the <code>include_deleted_files</code> query parameter of the following endpoints:</p>
      <ul>

      <p>Since October 7, 2022, we have been rolling out permanent data deletion for core entities that have been marked as deleted for more than 30 days.
      The effective date has been prolonged to January 30, 2023, as we are gradually rolling out this update to all affected entities, brought out below.</p>
      
      <p><b>What is changing?</b></p> 
      <p>All 6 core entities - <b>activities, deals, files, persons, products, and organizations</b> - that are deleted via API will be permanently deleted from Pipedrive's system after 30 days.</p>
      
      <p>After an entity has been permanently deleted, it won’t be possible to retrieve it via any API request.</p>
      
      <p>The roll-out for the permanent deletion will start with Activities API and Deals API from October 7, 2022. It will be gradually applied to Files API, Persons API, Products API, and Organizations API endpoints by the end of January 2023.</p>
      
      <p>To prepare our API for the change, we have deprecated and will soon stop supporting the <code>include_deleted_files</code> query parameter of the following endpoints:</p>

Removal of GlobalMessages API

      <p>We are announcing a new rate limit for the Search API to improve our API performance. The new limit will go into effect on August 16, 2022.</p>
      
      <p><b>What is changing?</b></p>
      <p>The Search API will have a new rate limit of <b>10 requests per 2 seconds</b> per <code>api_token</code> and for OAuth apps using <code>access_token</code>. The change affects the following 7 endpoints:</p>
