Websocket functionality deprecation

We are going to deprecate the websocket usage in client-nodejs for third-party developers https://github.com/pipedrive/client-nodejs/pull/94.

The current library will stop working on September 24, 2019. In case of any dependency affected by this deprecation, please keep in mind this is a breaking change. It is very urgent for you to update your library and migrate to using webhooks.
