New parameters in App actions' URLs

App actions triggered from the Activity list view will now have additional parameters activity_type, activity_start_date and activity_end_date added to the URL of the action to describe a filter that has been applied to the selected activities. These parameters will be included in the filter parameter.

The activity_type parameter will always be included in the URL for actions from the Activity list view, activity_start_date and activity_end_date will be added only when they are selected by the user.
